Sleeping well can give good body and brain health, increasing memory power. Memory power is well needed in life to achieve anything in life. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours which makes the mind relaxed.

1. Sleep without any tension or stress

 

Stress will disturb sleep which will weaken the sleeping cells and will make insomnia. Insomnia is a disorder in which not sleeping well at night will get unhealthy and illness.
Don’t worry about stress and pressure about any work but you have to remove all those things in your mind and sleep well which will make success in life and work.

Playing games is very common in this technology but you should have some capacity to control your mind because when you are gaming you become addicted in some cases so be careful when you play games online.
During online games will kill your sleeping time and you may become unhealthy. Being unhealthy can become a lack of sleep.
Being unhealthy can have some disadvantages such as sleeping disorders can fail to do any work.
Too much playing games can lead to addiction and then causes memory loss. So, please avoid using online platforms during sleeping time.
